Add subtitles in cutscenes

Overall great game. Terrific story, awesome gameplay, interesting cases and good visuals.
But like 80% of games content is text and there is no subtitles in cutscenes? This is just ridiculous. Not everyone can play with headphones all the time. Or annoy people around with speaker.
